TRAILER RENTAL DISCLOSURE
Delivery, Placement, and Prohibition of Movement
Patriot Hauling and Services is solely responsible for the delivery, placement, and final retrieval/pickup of the trailer. The Customer strictly agrees NOT to move, tow, relocate, adjust, or tamper with the trailer under any circumstances. The trailer is provided solely for static, on-site disposal purposes. Any attempt by the Customer or any third party to move, transport, or use the trailer for any purpose other than temporary waste loading is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
Intended Use & Prohibited Materials
The trailer shall be used exclusively for the collection and storage of authorized waste and debris intended for disposal. The Customer agrees not to load hazardous materials, toxic substances, flammable liquids, tires, paint, batteries, or any other unauthorized items into the trailer.
Absolute Hold Harmless & Release of Liability
Patriot Hauling and Services is NOT responsible for any items, belongings, equipment, or property accidentally thrown away, loaded into, or left in the trailer. By signing below, the Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless Patriot Hauling and Services, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
- Property, items, or valuables accidentally or intentionally placed in the trailer.
- Any property damage, personal injury, or trailer damage resulting from unauthorized movement, relocation, or misuse of the equipment.
Finality of Disposal Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that EVERYTHING loaded into or contained within the trailer/dumpster is designated for immediate, permanent disposal. Patriot Hauling and Services has no duty, responsibility, or capability to inspect, recover, or return any items once loaded or retrieved. All contents become waste upon placement in the trailer and will be discarded immediately upon pickup.
